I was actually surprised by the size and elegance of our room, it seemed like a luxurious upgrade. The location was ideal, with a beautiful park nearby for morning jogs. The restaurant and lounge had a lively atmosphere on Saturday night, and the staff were really nice too make our stay nice. Although there were some older features, the overall experience was enjoyable. I'll recommend this hotel.

We loved the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, plenty of restaurants and shops, and a tram line nearby.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was immediately impressed by its beautiful classic exterior. The lobby, while not overly fancy, had a nice ambiance. the real highlight was the bar area, lovely. The garden/park area was also a wonderful oasis, and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting there with a glass of wine. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. My room, which I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to, was spacious with high ceilings and a stone balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, while with an old deep tub, was clean and had the best shower and thick towels. The hotel's location was fantastic, situated on a pretty tree-lined main road and within walking distance of the subway, tram, and popular attractions like the Duomo. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

One minor drawback I experienced was that check-in was a little slow, although it wasn't a major issue.

Avoid rooms on the main road for noise, choose garden view instead for a pleasant stay. Comfy bed, spacious room, satisfying breakfast, friendly personnel. Great shower, quick taxi arrangements, convenient chemist nearby. Old charm with modern amenities, good breakfast and bar. Valet parking available. Exceptionally accommodating staff.
